Microsoft Store Merchandising COSG - Redmond, Washington, September 2016 – March 2017

Senior Designer

Oversaw and managed all In-Store marketing campaign for both Windows and Xbox store. Including but not limited to Xbox Subscription campaign, Xbox Rewards.

Responsibilities included: Created cross platform In-Store marketing campaigns for Windows and Xbox store. Managed a Vender team of 5 designers. Demonstrated ability to keep design team working within established deadlines, while maintaining visual consistency within Windows and Xbox brand guidelines. Directed projects and supervised intermediate and junior designers in creating concepts, comps, layouts and final art.  Accomplishments: Directed and facilitated the consolidation of Xbox Store and Windows Store onto one design work flow for streamlined executions, paying special attention to budget requirements, while increasing ROI and PUU goals. Successfully designed and created cohesive visual marketing campaigns across both Windows
and Xbox store.

Collaborated with key stakeholders of AMC to envision and create visual designs, UI elements, and presentation desks for current and future products and services. Created multi-platform designs and envisioning across MS account ecosystem, employing MS OneUI to design interaction flows, visual design, brand integration, content creation for both Windows 10 and to define the design roadmap for for services used by millions of people worldwide. Collaborated effectively with a team of designers, program managers and developers to drive design ideation through implementation, enabling AMC to deliver and hit their milestones.

Participated and collaborated in concept development and design ideation with business managers and the design team to define the Microsoft Garage HomeTeam mobile app for iOS and Window’s Phone.
